Wolff Properties Expands Retail Portfolio with Two Acquisitions at Winchester Square, Murrieta, California

Murrieta, California — Wolff Properties has acquired two adjacent retail parcels within Winchester Square Shopping Center in Murrieta, California, further consolidating its ownership position at the center.

The first parcel, located at 39196 Winchester Road, is ground leased to McDonald’s and serves as a strong complement to the main Albertsons-anchored Winchester Square Shopping Center, which Wolff Properties already owns. The second parcel, located at 39028 Winchester Road, is a multi-tenant retail strip occupied by six long-term tenants, including national operators such as Baskin-Robbins and established local businesses.

Wolff Properties also currently serves as property manager for Winchester Square Shopping Center, a well-located regional power center at the southeast corner of Winchester Road and Murrieta Hot Springs Road in Murrieta, California. The center is anchored by a 60,080-square-foot Albertsons Grocery and Sav-On Drug combination store.

The two acquisitions bring additional income-producing parcels into the portfolio and reinforce the firm’s long-term commitment to the Winchester Square trade area.
