Wolff Properties Becomes Sole Owner of Comfort Inn & Suites Carbondale, Colorado

Carbondale, Colorado — Wolff Properties announced today that it has acquired the remaining ownership interests in the Comfort Inn & Suites Carbondale and is now the sole owner of the property. The transaction was completed on October 30, 2025.

The hotel is located in Carbondale, Colorado and serves travelers visiting the Roaring Fork Valley and the surrounding mountain communities, including Aspen, Basalt, and Glenwood Springs. The property has long served as a reliable and well-positioned lodging option for visitors to the region.

With the completion of this transaction, Wolff Properties holds one hundred percent of the equity interests in the hotel and will continue to oversee the property’s operations and long-term strategic direction.

The firm is also evaluating several capital improvements to the property. Preliminary plans include an exterior renovation program expected to begin in 2026, intended to further enhance the hotel’s visibility, curb appeal, and long-term competitiveness within the Roaring Fork Valley lodging market.
