Wolff Properties Completes Sale of Chesterfield Place Apartments

St. Louis, Missouri — Wolff Properties has completed the sale of Chesterfield Place Apartments to FPA Multifamily of Irvine, California. Chesterfield Place was one of Wolff Properties’ long-held apartment communities, having been acquired in 1985 and operated continuously for forty years.

The transaction closes out a significant chapter in the history of Wolff Properties’ multifamily operations. The company expresses appreciation to the residents, team members, service providers, and advisors who contributed to the property over the course of its four decades under company ownership.
