INVESTMENT
Wolff Properties seeks to acquire B and C Class commercial and residential properties in St. Louis, on the Pacific Coast, and in the Southwest and Mountain regions ranging in value from $1 million to $25 million. We are presently seeking to add new assets to our portfolio, with a goal of increasing our apartment, retail, single tenant and mobile home community holdings.
Properties we are seeking should have the following features:
- Well-located in affluent, thriving suburbs.
- Within close proximity to an array of quality public schooling and neighborhood convenience centers.
- Situated near or on major thoroughfares with dense infill and significant barriers to entry.
- Surrounded by single-family neighborhoods.
- In need of renovation or improved management thereby enabling us to enhance the financial value of the acquisition target.
MANAGEMENT
Wolff Properties is a service business. Accordingly, we seek to provide friendly, professional, cost effective management which enhances our properties’ values and our tenants’ business operations or residential experience as the case may be. We continue to identify and execute innovative ideas that add value to the properties we manage through façade and landscaping enhancement, re-branding and signage, and regular face-to-face meetings with our tenants to listen to their concerns and to provide effective solutions.
