Wolff Properties seeks to acquire B and C Class commercial and residential properties in St. Louis, on the Pacific Coast, and in the Southwest and Mountain regions ranging in value from $1 million to $25 million. We are presently seeking to add new assets to our portfolio, with a goal of increasing our apartment, retail, single tenant and mobile home community holdings.

Properties we are seeking should have the following features:

  • Well-located in affluent, thriving suburbs.
  • Within close proximity to an array of quality public schooling and neighborhood convenience centers.
  • Situated near or on major thoroughfares with dense infill and significant barriers to entry.
  • Surrounded by single-family neighborhoods.
  • In need of renovation or improved management thereby enabling us to enhance the financial value of the acquisition target.
