March 6, 2026 – Wolff Properties Announces Redevelopment of 11456 Olive Boulevard, Creve Coeur, Missouri
St. Louis, Missouri — Wolff Properties has announced plans to demolish and redevelop the former Regions Bank branch at 11456 Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Demolition is scheduled to commence in early 2026, with the site to be repositioned as a mixed-use retail development.
Plans for the redevelopment have not been finalized. Prospective tenants under consideration include national food and beverage operators and specialty retailers. Leasing discussions are ongoing, and final tenant configuration will be announced as agreements are reached.

Olathe, Kansas — Wolff Properties has completed the acquisition of the International House of Pancakes (“IHOP”) restaurant located at 20014 W. 153rd Street in Olathe, Kansas.
The IHOP is situated within an established retail corridor adjacent to a hospital campus and offers direct access to Interstate 35.
December 8, 2025 – Wolff Properties Relocates Corporate Headquarters to Downtown Kirkwood, Missouri
Kirkwood, Missouri — Wolff Properties has relocated its corporate headquarters to 118 E. Jefferson Avenue in Kirkwood, Missouri, following a full renovation of the building previously occupied by Edward Jones. The new office is situated just off the central corridor of downtown Kirkwood.
The renovated space features a mid-century modern, Scandinavian-influenced design and will serve as the primary base for company management, leasing, and administrative functions.
November 1, 2025 – Wolff Properties Expands Retail Portfolio with Two Acquisitions at Winchester Square, Murrieta, California
Murrieta, California — Wolff Properties has acquired two adjacent retail parcels within Winchester Square Shopping Center in Murrieta, California, further consolidating its ownership position at the center.
The first parcel, located at 39196 Winchester Road, is ground leased to McDonald’s and serves as a strong complement to the main Albertsons-anchored Winchester Square Shopping Center, which Wolff Properties already owns.
October 30, 2025 – Wolff Properties Becomes Sole Owner of Comfort Inn & Suites Carbondale, Colorado
Carbondale, Colorado — Wolff Properties announced today that it has acquired the remaining ownership interests in the Comfort Inn & Suites Carbondale and is now the sole owner of the property. The transaction was completed on October 30, 2025.
The hotel is located in Carbondale, Colorado and serves travelers visiting the Roaring Fork Valley and the surrounding mountain communities, including Aspen, Basalt, and Glenwood Springs.

St. Louis, Missouri — Wolff Properties has appointed Mary Blaire Wolff as Executive Vice President, effective January 2025.
Ms. Wolff joins her brother Jonathan Wolff, President and Chief Executive Officer, as the fourth generation of the Wolff family to hold an active leadership role in the company.
May 27, 2025 – Wolff Properties Completes Sale of Chesterfield Place Apartments
St. Louis, Missouri — Wolff Properties has completed the sale of Chesterfield Place Apartments to FPA Multifamily of Irvine, California. Chesterfield Place was one of Wolff Properties’ long-held apartment communities, having been acquired in 1985 and operated continuously for forty years.
The transaction closes out a significant chapter in the history of Wolff Properties’ multifamily operations.
December 4, 2024 – Wolff Properties Acquires Starbucks Drive-Thru Property in University City, Missouri
St. Louis, Missouri — Wolff Properties has completed the acquisition of a Starbucks drive-thru property located at 7640 Delmar Boulevard in University City, Missouri.
The property is situated along Delmar Boulevard, one of the region’s most prominent east-west corridors, with strong visibility, established traffic patterns, and a location that serves both the surrounding neighborhoods and the broader trade area.

June 21, 2022 – Wolff Properties Announces Remodel of Iconic Ladue Shopping Center
Wolff Properties is pleased to announce that it has submitted final plans to the Ladue, Missouri Architectural Review Board and received approval to renovate and update the iconic Ladue Shopping Center. Construction is expected to begin late Summer 2022 with a scheduled completion date prior to year end.
