March 6, 2026 – Wolff Properties Announces Redevelopment of 11456 Olive Boulevard, Creve Coeur, Missouri

St. Louis, Missouri — Wolff Properties has announced plans to demolish and redevelop the former Regions Bank branch at 11456 Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Demolition is scheduled to commence in early 2026, with the site to be repositioned as a mixed-use retail development.

Plans for the redevelopment have not been finalized. Prospective tenants under consideration include national food and beverage operators and specialty retailers. Leasing discussions are ongoing, and final tenant configuration will be announced as agreements are reached.
